This little dog is wandering on the university campus in La Serena in horrific condition. I'm begging someone to rescue this poor thing. I will do whatever is necessary to help. I would have taken him to a vet but was stuck on a cruise and have been so upset. Please contact me and help. I don't know what the laws are when it comes to adopting a dog from another country, even if it's possible. Please don't let this guy suffer. His skin is very bad.

Cairns like to do tricks and are very trainable. Cairns are wonderful with children. A Cairn can be very territorial and should be watched for a tendency to take on much larger dogs if it feels threatened.
