Hello :) For my birthday each year I get an urgent dog from a shelter to save and then find him/her the forever home that they so very much disserve! This year I adopted a male Terrier mix that was going to be put to sleep on 6-9-2014! I could not let him die at the shelter! He is about 1-2 years old, he is white and tan in color with wire hair :) He is crate trained, walks very well on a leash (would be a good hiking companion), he LOVES to play fetch with tennis balls and enjoys car rides! He is a small sized dog, he does GREAT with children of all ages, he does very good with dogs big and small, he seems to do good with cats (I tried to ... (Read More)have him meet with my friend's outside cat and Toby just acted like she was not even there). I got his rabies shot done on 6-7-2014.. His adoption fee is $75 which includes free neuter to participating vets!! If you are interested in Toby please send some information about yourself.. He really needs a home! If you are interested please email me at dustidog11@gmail.com ASAP! We are located in Auburn GA 30011. Thank you! (Less)

PIease Read Before Adopting a Cairn in Georgia
Cairn Dogs can make good pets in Georgia if they match your IifestyIe. The Cairn Terrier is a shaggy, spunky little dog with tons of energy and personality. The indefatigable Cairn is full of energy and is very lovable. Cairns love to dig, chase, and bark. Cairns are very active and need plenty of exercise but adapt well to apartment life. Cairns like to do tricks and are very trainable. Cairns are wonderful with children. A Cairn can be very territorial and should be watched for a tendency to take on much larger dogs if it feels threatened.
