Jesse is the sweetest boy ever and a little spit fire. He loves to play with toys and play with his brothers and sisters. His DOB is 3/19/17. We can only guess at his breed since a DNA has not been done on his litter but as you can see he has the Corgi legs and ears that I believe will be standing up soon and a terrier coat. He is up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines and preventives, and is micro chipped. He will need to be neutered at 6 months of age and will go home with a spay/neuter contract - once proof of neuter is submitted, $50 of his adoption donation can be refunded. Animal ID: 17-103Georgie FL (male)

Cairn Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Very High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Georgie is an energetic 1 year old Yorkie Mix. He is a thin 10.7 pounds. This adorable fellow is being fostered in St. Augustine, FL. UPDATED BIO 06/06/2017: Yeah!!! Schools out for the Summer!!! What a perfect time to adopt your new family member. Summer means lots of time to have the kids bond with their new best friend. Also, lots of time to take puppy classes and have quality time with the kids and their new puppy love. What a great way to socialize and enjoy the Summer instead of being in front of computer games. If this sounds like something you are looking for, then Georgie is the Little Man for you. Foster Mom is thinking ... (Read More)Georgie may actually be a bit younger than the estimated 12 months old . Georgie is full of life and also full - and we do mean full - of puppy energy. He is looking for his furever family that is active and he would just love to have two-legged siblings that would enjoy throwing a ball for him to retrieve and play, play, play. He will reward you by sitting on your lap and snuggling and love all over you forever. Georgie is the best sleeper and just loves to snuggle right against you all night and then wake you in the morning with gentle nudges and kisses - awwwwww! Georgie would also be great with a 4-legged sibling that is young and active. Seniors or inactive dogs would not be a good fit as Georgie just wants to play and play and play and may very well irritate an inactive dog by asking them to participate - over and over and over again, just like all puppies do! Georgie has recovered from his recent neuter and is such a healthy little guy. He is loving life, but would really love to find his furever family. If that might be you and your active family, please submit your adoption application for this great pup. INITIAL BIO 05/25/2017: Georgie is brand new in rescue, having arrived from a Florida animal shelter. He is named after the shelter's Ms. Georgianna who brought him in as a stray several weeks ago and has taken wonderful care of him ever since. The poor darling was not chipped, so Animal Control was unable to contact his owner. The Shelter did all they could to try to find his owner, even placing an ad in their local newspaper, but no one has come forward to claim this little darling. When United Yorkie Rescue was contacted about him, we were happy to bring Georgie into UYR. Since Georgie is a stray we have no history on him. He is estimated to be 12 months old. As of today, he is fully vetted with all of his vaccinations and labs. He had a perfect check up, a BIG 10, healthy as can be. The vets and whole staff just fell in love with this little man as his personality is just so outgoing and charming and he just fills the room with happiness. He will be neutered next week, and will be available for adoption soon thereafter. Georgie is super cute, very playful and full of sweet puppy kisses. He loves everyone and gets along great with other dogs. At 12 months old, he is still a puppy and the energy level is definitely full-bloom. Georgie's perfect home will be an active family that can keep up with his boundless energy. A fenced-in yard would be a big plus as this little guy loves to run and frolic. He will require a family that will get him out for walks to release that puppy energy and enjoy socializing. It would be great for him to have a young doggie companion to play with. NOTE: Because Georgie is a rambunctious puppy without a lot of Proper Puppy Manners training, a family with children over 8-10 years old would be considered. Don't let that cute puppy dog face fool you, it took many attempts to get just a couple of pictures as Georgie does not sit still. If you are interested in his little Prince, please contact Foster Mom for additional information and please get your application in for processing - we expect Prince Georgie will be adopted quickly! Rescue Me ID: 17-03-31-00057Tucker (male)

Cairn    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Most Cats
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Tucker is a 15 lb. male Cairn Terrier, around 7 years old. He's housebroken and is very good with other dogs and cats. He was found as a stray in really rough shape. He was completely overgrown, nails growing into the pads of his paws, and extremely afraid of people. He underwent major dental work. His teeth had been so neglected from poor nutrition that many of his teeth had to be removed, in fact, his jaw line fractured from being so rotted out. Now he looks a bit snaggle toothed but contributes to his appeal! I think it makes him even cuter! Tucker is very affectionate and only wants to be by his persons side. He can growl at new people ... (Read More)if he feels cornered but in general he happily follows them around and miraculously especially loves children. $250 Adoption fee includes neuter, immunizations, and microchip.
